Products and ordering
We develop and manufacture 3D-printed products in Estonia. Standard products are made after an order is placed.
Please read the product description and select the correct variant before ordering. Only items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase.
To request a customised product, contact us before ordering. Specifications, price and production time must be agreed in advance.
You can purchase without creating an account. Please check your contact and delivery details before submitting an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping costs and the total amount payable are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online card payments are processed through WooPayments.
Payment is required before production begins. We provide confirmation of your order by email.
Production and delivery
Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received, unless a different timeframe is agreed before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and Estonian public holidays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe, including the United Kingdom: up to 14 calendar days.
- Other destinations available at checkout: up to 28 calendar days.
These estimates are additional to production time. Customs procedures or transport disruptions may cause delays. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you. This does not limit your statutory rights concerning delivery.
Dispatch time is separate from transit time. Delivery depends on the destination and shipping service.
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you.
For deliveries outside the European Union, destination-country import taxes, duties or clearance charges may apply where they have not been collected at checkout. Applicable charges depend on the destination and local rules.
If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact info@motoprod.com. We will investigate with the carrier. Our responsibility for delivery is not transferred to you simply because the parcel has been dispatched.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase of standard goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period generally starts when the last item is received.
This right also applies to standard products printed after an order is placed.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@motoprod.com before the deadline. Include information identifying your order. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.

You bear the direct return shipping costs when withdrawing from a purchase. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You may inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection. Pack returns securely.
Refunds
When withdrawing from the entire order, you receive a refund of the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without charging a refund fee.
Customised products
The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. We will identify this before purchase.
Choosing an ordinary product variant or having a standard product printed after ordering does not by itself remove your withdrawal right.
Your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods still apply to customised products.
Faults and complaints
If a product is faulty or does not match your order, email info@motoprod.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess it.
Under Estonian consumer law, the seller is liable for non-conformity appearing within two years of delivery. Notify us within two months of discovering a defect.
Depending on the legal conditions, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Necessary costs of remedying non-conformity are borne by us.
We respond to written complaints within 15 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may refer an eligible dispute to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through ttja.ee or seek a remedy in court.
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
